How do I get a replacement for a defective product?

We inspect every order before shipping them out to you. However, once in a while there may be defective items. The printing manufacturers we work with are some of the best in the world, but printing errors can still happen. If the game or item has a printing error, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. We will happily replace your defective game or item. Email us at hello@fitheroes.com to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. 

How do I return a damaged product?

We carefully package each order to assure it gets to you safely and in perfect condition. However, accidents can happen while in transit. A damaged product is one that has been damaged during shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please do not fully open the item or game box (or open the sealed cards) and contact us immediately for a replacement. Opened items (with the items’ plastic seal opened or removed) will not receive a refund. Please save all packaging material and paperwork.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from fitheroes.com. After receiving your game or item, you have 30 days to return it, as long as it’s in brand new, unused condition in its original packaging. The item must be fully sealed and unopened. You must also return any free bonus items that were included in your purchase. You will be responsible for all of your return shipping and handling costs. Fit Heroes is not responsible for return items until they reach us. Be sure to receive your tracking number from your carrier to ensure your return items reach us properly.

For returns, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, the initial shipping and handling costs will be subtracted from your refund. If you wish to return a product, please email hello@fitheroes.com and we will help you. 

Digital products and downloads are non-refundable.

Returns of Clothing, Hats, and other Customized Merchandise

We offer Print-On-Demand merchandise through Printful. Due to the customization, and the items being made and shipped directly from their warehouse, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on these items. However, if there is are major printing/quality issues, please email us with pictures, and we will do whatever we can to make things right.

When will I receive a refund?*

We will get to it as fast as we can! Once we receive your return, we will process a refund within 14 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. We’ll use the same method to refund the amount as you used when you placed the order. For example, if the order was paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card account.

*Due to Covid-19 and its impact on shipping, we are experiencing delays in receiving returns. This may impact the timing of your refund. We appreciate your patience as we all work through this. Once we receive your return, we will be processing refunds in accordance with our policy.
